Purchases made between 11/24-12/18 can be exchanged on or before Jan. 7 for store credit or other merchandise.

Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached and you MUST have an original or gift receipt for all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Jewelry and Clearance are FINAL SALE. We are a small business and it is important that we remain consistent with our return policy.

Shipping & Pickup

What does Elison Rd. charge for shipping an order?

Elison Rd. offers $5 flat rate shipping & free shipping for orders over $50.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping, please allow up to 72 hours for processing. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

At this time, orders may only be shipped to U.S. states and territories.

Do you offer local in store pickup on purchases made on line?

Yes! Free, local, in-store pickup can be done at our Long Beach location only. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will notify you.

Elison Rd. accepts no responsibility for packages that do not arrive within a stated time-frame due to extreme weather conditions or a force majeure.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you decide to return an item(s) from your order, you may do so for store credit.

Store credit will be given for the cost of all eligible returned merchandise (original and return shipping will not be refunded). Store credit received through the website may only be used on the website.

CLEARANCE/SALE, SWIMWEAR & JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED. (The coloring of jewelry will naturally change with age due to weather and skin exposure. Please contact us for any tips on cleaning and restoring jewelry to its original color).

Returns must be received in original, unused, unworn condition with original invoice included. Items that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and you will be charged for shipping.

Returns MUST be post marked within 21 days of the date on your invoice.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All outgoing orders are inspected for quality assurance, but if you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. No exceptions.

Please read washing instructions carefully because we do not offer returns on anything that has been damaged as a result of incorrectly washing a garment.
